They did an exceptional job taking the time necessary and never rushing. I think we were both surprised that it took as long as it did but the quoted price did not change. The person cleaning the roof was small in stature (which is a positive when walking on the tiles) but mighty in strength and endurance. Very important to mention that none of my plants were harmed. In the past I have had the roof cleaned and the plants around the house were damaged and some killed.

I ALWAYS wait too long to get my tile roof cleaned... too many bad experiences with cleaners in the past! The most typical problem has been too much bleach being used (even when they promised they weren't going to use it) and killing the plants around my house. And, of course, the fear that they are going to break tiles leading to leaks. One guy who came to give me an estimate had to be over 250 lbs...not on my roof!! NONE OF THE ABOVE HAPPENED with PhD. PhD scheduled according to my schedule, were very courteous and very prompt, starting on time. He spent the whole day here and never appeared rushed. I could smell a very light bleach odor but none, I repeat NONE, of our plants died. That is a first!! He was also small in stature (I didn't worry as much about the tiles) but his size had no correlation to his stamina and strength. He powered through and didn't stop except for a brief lunch. As far as the charge for cleaning the roof and the back patio, it was slightly more than I paid for cleaning the same area a few years ago (I said I put it off too long) but no plants died which is in direct contrast to the last time. Who knew this was even possible? So,if you are like me and extremely hesitant (scared) to hire anyone to clean your tile roof (and patio... ), you can relax and "Just git 'er done!".

We were extremely happy with the work that was performed. I cannot say one negative thing about this company.  The communication was great, I communicated via phone, texts & emails and would immediately receive a reply. They arrived as scheduled and did exactly what we requested. This is a very professionally run company, they were very easy to work with and very flexible. The painters were fantastic! They were courteous, meticulous & emaculate, I could go on and on...not to mention, the heat index must had been a grueling 100 degrees that day.

They fit me into their schedule last minute and also offered a special promotion, which was amazing.  The painters were very nice, punctual and respectful.  They worked very fast, covered all furniture and moved things as needed.  They covered any holes in the wall. Someone from the company came by to check on the work and make sure I was happy with the job so far.  I feel they were very honest and professional. When my husband came back from work and saw the quality of work, he was amazed and could not believe how fast they took care of the painting project. They are a GREAT company who definitely care about their clients.   I would definitely call them again.  A big THANK YOU for fitting me in
