James did an excellent job and was half the cost of other plumbers. He was very professional, neat and friendly. He came highly recommended by our neighbors and my only regret was that I did not use him earlier.

Mr. Peterson was very professional and called to let me know exactly when he was expected to arrive. He was knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. Everything was done and completely cleaned up within 1 1/2 hrs for he was mindful I had to leave at a certain time to pick up my son from school. He made some very helpful suggestions for our aging tub and shower fixtures which I did not know about. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again.

Peterson Plumbing was prompt and finished the job. They come with shoe covers to not bring in dirt from the outsde. They are professional and neat.

My experience with Peterson plumbing was great Jim Peterson arrived first thing in the morning to help me diagnose and fix a leak I was having by my water meter. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and educated me on what he was doing to fix the issue. We also determined that it would be in my best interested to replace the galvanized pipes running into the house. He provided a detailed plan on the steps we would have to take to get it done. I will definitely by using Peterson Plumbing to get this done.

This is the first time I have used Jim Peterson's services, and I was extremely pleased. His prices are lower than the larger companies, and he really knows what he is doing. He is friendly and quick, he brings his own towels etc., and he cleans up after himself. He is chatty, so I was careful not to distract him. But he kept working and finished quickly.
He recommended replacing the gasket in both hot and cold at once in the bathtub (which is the right thing to do, so another service call wouldn't be needed soon), but I am in the middle of a short-sale and don't have much money, so I asked him to limit the repair to the bare necessities. He pointed out a drip in the middle when the shower is turned on, however I asked him to fix only the hot water faucet which was leaking badly and draining the hot water tank. I explained that we don't use that tub, we just needed the leak to stop. He cheerfully did as I asked. He did NOT try to up-sell me to buy a whole faucet set.
In the master bath, the old trap was a permanent one, so he replaced it with one that can be removed, and he was surprisingly quick!
The kitchen faucet was difficult to get to because of the way the kitchen sink was installed, but he was able to tighten it.
All of this took about an hour. I will definitely use him again and recommend him!

Did everything they said they would do in half the time . We have exclusively using this company as they are the best in Boynton Beach and Delray Beach.

Jim installed 3 new toilets and charged only slightly more than the toilet retailers' 'journeyman' plumbers, but did a much more thorough job which included new supply lines and better parts than those that came with the toilets. IMO, the total cost was probably equivalent, and was done much more professionally. Would hire him again for any plumbing or related work.

He worked very fast and clean.
