Pet Spot

Very professional and friendly. Dogs were happy that they could roam free. (No cage)

We have used the Pet Spot for 2 of our dogs now and they are not only professional, but, kind and loving to the animals. My dogs enjoyed going and I never worry while they are there. The owner goes beyond the norms of customer service to stay late so that I can pick my toy poodle up after work. If you are looking for an excellent groomer who truly loves animals and will treat your animal as if it was his own, you have found the right spot.

Overall, the service was spectacular. The haircut was great and the dog was taken great care of throughout the entire process.

My baby is only 4 months old and had only had a minor grooming at the Vet's before going to Pet Spot. I was not happy with the job at the previous groomer. I found Pet Spot on Angie's List and gave them a call. they made an appointment for me the very next morning. They were ready for Caeser when he got there and had him ready for me exactly when they said they would. He looked great! I could tell he had been handled lovingly the whole time. He was in a great mood when I picked him up. I will be using them exclusively for  my Caeser from here on out.

He does a beautiful job! He takes good care of her. The pricing is very reasonable. They are always right on time. They take her the moment you walk in. I have been going here 2-3 years now.

They are very professional and have reasonable prices. What I like about them is that they let the dogs run around and play with other dogs in a contained area while other groomers put them in cages and get them miserable. They are very busy because of their popularity and if you need to use them right away, they'd probably be booked.

They were friendly and professional and did a very nice job on my dog.

After reviewing grooming services on Angie's List I decided to give them a try. First I called and asked if I needed an appointment. They told me I could come in anytime - which was extremely helpful because it is very difficult to make appointments fit into my schedule.

When I arrived there were four employees working diligently on a number of dogs in the shop. I was a bit nervous because my dog is relatively new to me and I wasn't sure how he would be around other dogs. The employees were very kind and totally understood. While they showed how much they loved the dogs they put them into secured areas so my dog would be more comfortable. Then they all seemed to stop and give attention to my dog in order to comfort him and make him feel more relaxed.

They did a very good job - took their time in order to make sure my pet was comfortable. The attention they gave not only to the dog but to me was over the top. It certainly showed that they aren't just doing a job but they are doing a service for others and loving what they do at the same time.

The reason why I started going there was because one of my dogs was very sensitive when it came to his nails. This place does a wonderful job in being careful with my dogs. I was very pleased and satisfied. They were very friendly. They immediately wanted to know how I could be helped. They were very courteous. My dog looked great when the grooming was completed. Everyone asked me where I got my dogs groomed because they looked so good! I would definitely use this company again. They provided great quality service at a good price. They were very responsive to all my requests in regards to how I wanted my dogs groomed.

I really can't say enough great things about this groomer. We started using them because they were close to our home, but we will continue using them because of the care and concern they have for our dog. They have cute bandanas after each grooming appointment and our dog loves going there :) Most importantly, they really seem to know their stuff. They once recommended we take the dog to the vet because they thought he had an ear infection. Sure enough, the vet diagnosed him with an infection and we were able to get treatment. We would have never known if not for Pet Spot!

I recently took my 10 year old cocker spaniel to Pet Spot for a grooming... I had been taking her to a groomer that was basically across the street from where we live, but decided that they were just too high priced... well, I am so happy to have found Pet Spot, as she was treated so well, and came home looking absolutely beautiful and smelling fresh and clean... the owner and his staff are wonderful, and obviously love what they do, and it was a great pleasure to deal with them... this will be our place from now on, we look forward to many more grooming visits!!!

I couldn't be more satisfied. My newly rescued Cocker Spaniel had fleas, got matted, needed a serious bath, de-matting and grooming. Brett, the owner, was wonderful. He was kind. He was gentle. He did a beautiful job grooming Annie and she left feeling very happy despite not liking being groomed! I am 100% satisfied and will be bringing her back every 6 weeks or so to maintain this beautiful Cocker Spaniel cut.

They do a wonderful job on my bichon and he always looks great. I found
Pet Spot when I lived in the area and have since moved about 15 miles
south. I still drive back to the Pet Spot because the service is so
wonderful. They are animal lovers and it shows in the care they provide
to my pet. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

It was great. I called and was able to bring the dog in the same day. The store called 2 hours later and said I could pick her up. The staff was very friendly and I was happy with the results.

I almost did not leave my dog there but hoped that the work would show to be better than the facility represented. My dog appeared to have been shaved overall when such close cutting is not within the dog's style manual. There was no point in complaining as there was no way they could repair the damage. Fortunately, hair does grow back.....

Called and made an appointment for the following day, they were very cooperative and did a great job.

Overall, the service and price were fantastic! They are very friendly and reasonably priced. I will be returning for his next cut.
