My 80+ year old neighbors called Bryan to replace water heater. Scheduled an appointment but did not show up for 3 days, nor returned phone calls. He took nearly 12 hours to install the heater. Neighbor discovered next morning they had no hot water or any water at all from hot water faucet. Called Bryan who said he'd be there in afternoon. Never showed up or called back. Neighbor decided to call another company who came early next morning. They determined the new water heater was damaged by Bryan's poor plumbing job destroying the heater. New company reinstalled another heater and new plumber in 1.5 hrs. Meanwhile, Bryan ignores all calls.He had been paid in full for work that had to be undone.

They were so great. They have been into business 20 to 30 years. They are completely honest. The other company that I have used before was trying to overcharge me by a lot of money and did a very bad work last year, but these people came in and they were just incredibly good at their work. I would recommend them to anybody. They had some punctuality problems, but that was due to another company and it wasn't because of them.
