Parker's Ponds

Parker Ponds is a disaster. Jason Parker built my pond a year ago.He initially built a beautiful pond so much so I paid him $5,000 over the contract price to show my appreciation.. He is displaying my â  Formal Pondâ  , as he refers to it when it was first built to lure in new customers. After a few months the Epoxy paint started peeling and floating in the pond. The workmanship as per our contract is guaranteed for 5 years.i called numerous times and even sent a letter pleading with him to fix the problem. I even offered to pay him though this was guaranteed. He avoided all my calls. When I finally reached him by calling from a different number he told me to sue him as he didnâ  t have time to fix the pond.i am now forced to hire another contractor to drain the pond,remove the epoxy and prepare the cement properly so it does not peel which will cost me several thousand dollars. I do intend to sue him as I have given him every opportunity to right his wrong but it seems he has no conscience.

From the moment I met Jason I knew he was the guy I wanted to build me a beautiful Koi pond & waterfall. He most certainly did not disappoint me. What he did in my yard is magnificent. I couldn't be happier, and the price was within my budget. He and his crew worked fast and clean. I found Jason to be super knowledgeable and extremely creative. As for Jason himself, I cannot say enough about his work. I would recommend Parker ponds in a heart beat. If you hire him , you will not be sorry you will be very happy with what he will create for you.

What a super fantastic job Jason and his team did rebuilding my existing pond and waterfall Koi Pond. He really did a five star job. H removed the original liner tore apart the waterfall and basically started with nothing but a hole in the ground. What he and his crew did is beyond anything I could have imagined having in my back yard. He extended every courtesy possible to keep me happy and Jason went beyond my expectations with his ability to install ponds and design waterfalls. I would recommend him in a heart beat. It was really a pleasurable experience working with Jason.

They worked fast and efficient and did an amazing job! I would definitely hire him again, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

We hired them to re-do our waterfall from an old existing pond that we now have covered with a patio for our pool - we have a tiled trough and needed someone to make it all work .... they spent 2 days resetting all of the rocks/stones in place, liner, etc. to make the water flow just perfectly - now we have a lovely waterfall again with a little trough to put your feet in. The kids will love this too ... thanks again to Parker's Ponds - I'd highly recommend them. I love hearing the sound of the water running and it's looks beautiful. I'll get a lot of compliments on this.

AWESOME company. Customer Service was a 10+. Jason and his team built for me a beautiful, deep, pond where was just rock and sand (even went out a rented a jackhammer).. Highly recommended. I let him do the design and I am very happy with the result. Again Customer Service was a 10+ and followup Customer Service will be 10+ too I am sure..
