 + -1 moreEdward Pleasanton, my rep helped coordinate move. He was very aggressive and persuasive and went over all my requirements and needs for the move. He flew a drone, made me count stairs, take pictures of my apartment, number of steps to elevator and I sent him an email of my requirements outlined clearly. agreed to contract, it was thanksgiving and I was driving home. Edward pleasanton, (remember this name)," called over and over again, we need to get this done, and I have put all of your requirements on the contract that you typed and sent to me. " The contract reflected nothing of my needs and he is so lame, he could not even remember that his own drone captured my apt on second floor and he put down first floor. useless. this of course started the move off very badly. the movers, who are liars and cheats, thought they would make a bigger pay day. they were dismissed from my apartment (priceless).
Description of Work: Movers came 3. 5 hours late. With an attitude to boot. stated, way too much stuff to move, they will have to recalculate. original quote, $5600, new quote, $12,000. this was ridiculous to say the least. as I said, I asked them to leave, they did not expect that. ! look on their faces priceless. called edward pleasanton, by then unpleasanton, over and over again, he ignored my calls. had his partners lie for him, and then hang up on me. he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. "I will do anything for you, to make this the best experience possible" I am giving you my personal number so that you can reach me anytime. He never picked up the phone after deposit given and contract signed. You are as good as your word, Edward Unpleasanton. Pathetic service. He is a liar and cheater and bait is switch is motto. "forgive your enemies, but never forget their names' karma never forgets Edward. this is only the beginning of the process.
