They were prompt and got to work immediately. They were very thorough for a general cleaning and even managed to cleanup all of my dog's fur off of the floor. They do provide a more detailed cleaning, if desired.They were very pleasant, as well. Juan spoke to me beforehand to clarify exactly what I wanted and didn't need. I live in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment and they were finished in about 2 hours. I am having them return on a regular basis.

Juan was wonderful from the start. Very upfront about what chores they will do (no windows). His team arrived right on time. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. Kitchen cabinets and appliances. In depth bathroom. Even the lanai and garage. They arrive with all the supplies. I just provided trash bags and paper towels. The house smelled clean and fresh! Juan also has a list of vendors he recommends We used his carpet washer, who was also good. It's great to have a resource when you are new to town. Everything was wonderful

When our mother died, we had to clean out her house and put it in condition to be sold. None of lived in the area, and our schedule was very tight since there were things we needed to sort through and discard before anyone could begin cleaning. It was a Saturday when we started looking for a cleaning service , and Servicemaster and several other recommended companies either never answered the phone nor called us back. I remembered Angie's List and the top choice was Orchid. I called, and Juan answered the phone, and from then on we were in good hands. He understood our time constraints and arranged to have a crew be at the house at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Two women appeared on the dot, and immediately got to work. They were pleasant, efficient, and thorough, working steadily over four and a half hours. When they were done, the stove gleamed, the tile floors were shining, and it looked like a different house--one we'll be proud to show. What impressed us most, was that Juan and his crew knew this was a one-time engagement, and yet we were treated as if we were loyal clients. That sort of professionalism is hard to find.

Sonia and Amy were great! They were professional, thorough, and knew exactly what to do without much input. The house had not been lived in or cleaned for a while before we purchased it, so it needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. They degreased the old kitchen cabinets with their own formula, and made them actually look good! Unfortunately, we had some work going on at the same time, so some areas could not be cleaned this time. We will definitely have them back in the future. I strongly recommend their service!

We had some construction work down in our home. We had drywall dust everywhere including inside the microwave. Their professional cleaning crew showed up on time and did an extremely awesome job. As part of their deep cleaning service they got into all of the nook and crannies. I was so happy when they were finished. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional and reliable cleaning crew.

Juan and his excellent team came to our home and did a deep cleaning for us before the Christmas holiday. They worked diligently and methodically.
