 + -1 moreAs advertised; the few times per year I visit, the property was well maintained, the pool was clean, and Onalim did all the housekeeping before I left. I have been a Real Estate Investor in Florida for 30 years. I consider Onalim and Alex Milano my number one source for property management.

 + -1 moreOnalim was incredibly responsive in all our affairs. I am now a Board member for two consecutive terms and one of the most important things was their responsiveness. There were many issues past/present that required a lot of attention and Onalim really worked with us to ensure they were completely resolved.
Description of Work: Manage our condo Association off site. Some priorities were the budget needed to be entirely re-done and various contracting work needed to be performed. Onalim was responsible for all those functions and more; from working to negotiate contracts, to vetting & meeting with contractors, to handle past and present grievances throughout the community.
