9/21: The owner met me promptly at an agreed time when I planned to arrive home after work. His quote was $85.00/Mo and he accepted the coupon for first month half price so I paid in advance for one month (appx $40.00) and offered to pay in advance for two annual $30.00 shock treatments. 9/23: The owner (Marcello) serviced the pool and sent a before and after photo. 9/26: Rescheduled to Wed 9-27 because "car just broke." 9/27: Scheduled to Service the pool. No before and after photos. The pool was still pea green. 10-03: Rescheduled to Wed 10-04. 10/04: 6PM Rescheduled to Sat 10-07 because "Need 2 hours" or "need to do twice a week." 10/07: 9AM Marcelo here 9AM to 9:45 (Not 2 hours) Pd $140.00 Extra for 2 bottles of PH Stabilizer. 10/09-14: No show. Pool still green. No text, email, or phone call from Marcelo. 10/16-19: No show. Pool still green. No text, email, or phone call from Marcelo. 10/19: Hired another pool service to start Friday 10/19. 10/27: The new pool service, Premier Pool Services, has the pool back to bright blue, and also (without me even asking) has scrubbed the algae discoloration off the sides of the pool, and cleaned the leaves and other debri from the 16 foot gutter that runs along one end of the pool.
