It went very smoothly. They showed up on time and got all the work done within a one week time period. They even cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. Everything is straight and flat, no ghosts or waves seen after painting. He even gave me instructions to call him once the painting was finished so he could check the walls for anything that may have been missed. He said you can see things more clearly once the painting is done. He came back and checked things out, but the only things that needed to be touched up were mistakes that the painter made while he was working. And the holes we put in the one wall when we were installing the dog door.
We had to call on him again because we discovered that the master bath shower had been leaking and we were going to have to replace the walls and retile again. He came out right away, went over it with my husband and told us to call him when we were ready to do the work and he would fit it into his schedule.
A friend of mine needed approximately the same work done in a rental of hers and hired a "friend of a friend". She kept making comments about how much cheaper he was than Modern Drywall. But, I saw the finished product. I could see where the drywall taping was done, there were waves in the walls and not every corner was square. I'm sure glad I didn't hire a "friend of a friend". Her guy wasn't licensed and insured either.
I most definitely recommend Will - Modern Drywall to anyone and everyone needing any kind of drywall work done.

The work proceeded without a hitch. Mr. Hoyland arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. He was careful to protect the floor and walls while making repairs to the ceiling. His repairs flow seamlessly with the balance of the ceiling.
