I hired this company because they had great reviews. I specifically told Marie how to get into my development because it’s a gated development and the GPS will put you at the back entrance which is for residents only. She showed up and piggybacked into the back entrance which is not supposed to happen. I explain to her the next time to please use the front entrance because if the bar breaks or goes down on her car I will be billed to pay for the gate repair and it starts at $240. She and another person comes inside and started upstairs in the master bathroom and I asked her before she leaves to please give me a copy of her drivers license or some form of ID. She told me that she would not give me a copy of her drivers license because she didn’t feel comfortable doing that! I don’t feel comfortable having somebody in my house with access to my belongings that doesn’t feel comfortable letting me have a copy of her ID. Their cleaning was just OK. There were several spots that were missed as you can see from the photos. When she mopped she did not mop between the couch and coffee table , it appears she just mopped the main area walkway. Between her lack cleaning main eye level areas and unable or unwilling to show or produce ID I will not use them again.
