I used once & it was good. 2nd time, the maid never showed. I tried again & again to call. Owner wouldn't answer my calls & never called back. Weeks later, someone from his office called to sell me his service. When I explained what happened, she acted shocked & said they would make up for it by giving me a deal next time. Today I called to take that deal. Owner acted like he didn't remember. Said he never did 2 hours only. I reminded him the last 2 times it was 2 hours. He then tried to charge me MORE than the last 2 times.. Dishonest, unresponsive, unprofessional and undependable are not the qualities you want in a housecleaning service.
