Alejandro Rodriquez always seemed a little confrontational and a bit haphazard, but I discussed my project with his stair installer who helped me put together my material list and seemed credible. The day of my scheduled installation two of his workers showed up (an hour late). They spoke very little English, but said they were there to install my stair railing. The stair installer was not with them. I called Alejandro who said he didn't know where his installer was, but would get back to me. His two workers them talked to Alejandro separately and drove off. I called Alejandro an hour later and he said he couldn't get a hold of his installer, but would call me back. I never heard another word. I called him and left messages, texted him and sent emails. I never heard anything back. I don't know if he planned to have his two general laborers try to install the stairway or if he truly had an issue with his stair installer. All I know for sure is that he was very unprofessional, not communicative, and the most untrustworthy contractor I encountered in my total remodel project. I now have a pallet of stair parts and no installer. Stay as far away from this company and Alejandro as you can.
