LANDMARK CUSTOM HOMES OF EQUUS

During our home inspection it was discovered Landmark had not installed insulation over half the home. The previous owners talked to landmark and they DID agree to rectify this.We also found that there were two cold water lines run to the wet bar. We are still working with our real estate agent to fix this by installing a hot water heater under the sink......however we are limited to low amperage because power under the sink is 120v and15 amps. We also found that the foyer lights did not operate from the top of the stairs, creating a hazard. An electrician found the wiring was done wrong and he repaired. A front gutter was constantly overflowing and a gutter service company found the downspout was installed wrong, blocking almost all flow. The gutter had been functioning wrong for 8 years. We also had to hire a company to fix leaks in the roof , mainly around nails which were not sealed properly. Most recently I contacted the builder regarding broken hardware on our front door. The hardware is unique and our contractor could not identify. I contacted landmark and they were unable to help. We expected issues with an 8 year old home, but not related to shoddy construction.
