At first Gilda is very charming. But after a while, she won't return your calls or emails and simply disappears for a week or longer. After a while you will tire of her excuses and hearing the same stories about how wonderful she is repeated by Gilda constantly. That is when she doesn't cancel. When she does agree to shoow properties, expect her to be late. Anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour late, while you sit in her office. SHE DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU.
