It was old, and that was the first time. He looked at our other units and said they could last a little bit longer. He said the one in the back a fan had to be changed on that, which extended the life on that one. It was old as old as well and going to go. He extended to life and put a fan on for $250.00. It was good for about 2 or 3 years. Then it blew like he said, and then we had him come out and change that one. There was no problem. He is very affordable. They were both done in a day. Once he started on them, they were both done in a day. When the first one went out, we didn't know it. He came out within a day really. He came that same day. When the other went out, it didn't go completely out, it was just kind of frozen up. The other unit was still working in the house, so he came out in about 2 days for that one. We got a rebate. We stepped up our energy conservation as well. We were happy to change them out as well. We had to pay a lot in electric. He was pretty good. He was impressive. He wasn't trying to up sale the whole time. He just told us straight out what was going on. He fixed something that he could have said he couldn't fix it and that we had to get a new unit, but he didn't. He's just very trustworthy. He is very honest, open, and very professional. The area was left clean. He is very fast. This is the only guy we know. We got him from a recommendation from a realtor. He'd be good, and sure enough he was.
Description of Work: My air conditioner unit had blown out, and they had to replace it. It was old. He did both of my air conditioners.

This guy is pretty good. He didn't seem like he was trying to upsell the whole time. He just told me straight up what was going on the whole time. He was very honest and open, very professional. They left the area clean with they were finished.
Description of Work: They came out to replace an old air conditioning unit with a new one. The installed a new unit that was about the same size.
