They did everything they were supposed to do and I was back on the road very quickly.

I'm used to the quick oil change centers, even the dealerships, to complete my oil changes in a pretty short fashion, 10 - 20 minutes.  This Jiffy Lube took approximately 45 minutes.  Also, they insisted that my vehicle took synthetic oil, a more expensive option, I had to pull out my Owners Manual to prove that my vehicle took standard 5w 30w oil, you would think that they would know.  Were they trying to bump up their costs, or made a simple mistake, not sure.

I had a coupon, and all in all, I got the oil change, at a good price

They are efficient and pretty quick - they do try and upsell you other services but jsut decline if you don't think you need them

I felt like I was ripped off

l I left my SUV there for an oil change, and even though they kept it and told me everything would be ok, they later called me and told me that they cannot do the oil change for my truck because they didn't do that brand name and model. Apparently they knew that when I dropped off the truck, but the worker was just not paying attention. They weren't even apologetic, even it took them many hours to call me back to pick up the truck. I was disappointed because I used to always leave my other car there, and used to be generally happy.
