It's like a mom and pop operation. He and his wife, they're very punctual. They use only the best products that would not be harmful to either us or our dog. They're right on time. He calls ahead of time to be sure that it doesn't conflict with your schedule. He is very neat and clean in everything he does. He is a very personable individual.

We've had Jeff treat our house for white-footed ants on a regular basis - if we see any, we call and he comes over within 24 hours. What used to be a continuous and frustrating pest problem is now under control. Nice guy, honest, reliable, and reasonable.
