Contacted provider on July 24, 2014.  First available appointment was July 31, 2014.  I had read rave reviews on the internet so I chalked up the week wait time as being a very busy business.  I was not available on July 31st so he offered me a time of 9:30 am on August 1st.  Our agreed upon time, came and went.with out contact.  Finally I called him at 11 am on August 1st and asked him/reminded him of our appointment.  He stated that his job from the day before had run over and he would not be able to come.  He wanted to come by later in the day or perhaps tomorrow.  I told him that we had already been waiting over a week and that I would prefer if he came later in the day.  Again he was a 'no show' for later in the day.  He did not come the next day (a Saturday), he did not come Sunday or Monday and made no attempts to call.  My last contact with his company was Tuesday morning when I called and left a message on an answering machine requesting he call to reschedule our appointment.
This company is so unprofessional, I would never call them again or recommend them to anyone.  If he decided my job was too small to be worth his time and effort, I would have appreciated his honesty.  However, to be a 'no show' on multiple occasions and not to return my calls was absolutely RUDE.

John arrived on time and did a fantastic job on my Silhouettes.  They look like new!!  He also gave me tips on the best way to vacuum them to keep them cleaner longer between the deep clean!  Will be using him again!!
