from start to finish it was professional!   Both the estimate and the etching were done on time, quickly and perfectly.  During the estimate I was shown multiple design choices. It was explained how some designs offer more privacy.  Etching day arrived. Bruce was right on time. Quickly did etching within an hour.  Beautiful job. Very interesting to watch process. Great cleanup.  Just perfect!

David is an absolute gentleman. Upon installation there was a bit of confusion, on the style of the door. David would not accept payment until my absolute satisfaction. Not many business these days have that much commitment towards their customers. He fix the minor issue and did a terrific job. I'm absolutely satisfied with their services!!! Will recommend to everyone

OUTSTANDING! A completely professional company!!  My husband and I first contacted this company after looking online at their portfolio and checking Angie's List.  Prior to the first appointment we chose the etching design from the company's portfolio that we wanted on our existing sidelight, which already had some sort of a design on it that was there when the house was built.   David from Images On Glass came out on November 21st to do a consultation.  The next appointment was on 12/5.  David and his partner Bruce came to do the etching, but after taking the tinted film off the sidelight and looking at what we had with the etched design on the original sidelight glass it was determined that we would have to replace the sidelight glass (we determined that it could not be etched on top of what was originally on the sidelight glass in order to meet our expectations).  The next appointment was on 1/17. Bruce brought the new glass with our etched design which looked great.  He spent about an hour and a half working on removing the original sidelight glass which was caulked and sealed extra extra tight by the original home construction team back in 1998.  Our hats off to Bruce for keeping at it and getting the glass removed with no damage to original glass or window frame.  He installed the new etched sidelight and we are over-the-top pleased with it!!  David and Bruce are very friendly, efficient, informative  and we would use this company again.  Also, Cheri, their associate who called us to schedule our appointments was extremely efficient and professional.  Top notch team of employees!  Thanks!

Promptly came out to our home to show us a portfolio of their work following my initial phone call. Scheduled appointment for the work to be done about 2 weeks later. The glass etching on the doors turned out beautiful. Price was very reasonable.

They are really good overall. What I liked about them is that they worked with me very well. They are very artistic and they coordinated it pretty easily for me so my vision came through. They were clean and finished the work pretty quickly. They were also very easy to deal with and cleaned up after themselves well. They did an absolutely perfect job.
