HeatWave Window Tinting

Great ! Robert(owner) and his assistant Rockel, came to the house to take measurements of the large "store front" windows and doors.We informed them that we needed to tint the largest windows & doors in the house with the intention of reflecting heat, cooling down the house,& improving our AC efficiency. They informed us that the manufacturer guarantees that their product will keep out 80-84% of the sun's heat and help cool the house down..My wife & I felt that we developed a sincere, honest, friendly, working relationship with Robert & Rockel from the first day we met. We chose a tint from the samples they showed us.Then they suggested to cover 2 of the larger windows and let them know if we were happy with the results. Then they'll complete the rest of the tinting job..Since my wife & I felt an improvement in the reduction of heat & increase in coolness, they scheduled Chuck, a very friendly, experienced installer to finish the job..After the job was completed, Chuck informed us that it would take about 1 & 1/2 weeks for the tint & glass to adhere, and that if we have any problems they will send someone over to correct them..Thank you HeatWave.We appreciate you..Joe & Jill S.

Went great. Have used before (3.5 years ago and no problem with tint during that time). Responded quickly, was friendly, and did a professional job. Rated Punctuality a "B" because they arrived about 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time (but did call to let me know they were running late).

Roberto did a poor job of installing the tint. There are big bubbles in my kitchen windows. One of my kitchen window did not stick at the edge (big area) as it was not cleaned properly. It is filled with silicone debris. I called him to fix it. He came to my house to inspect it. After inspection he accused me of tampering with tint. He left the house in the middle of a conversation. He has not returned my calls since then. He does not care after the job is done. WARRENTY IS ONLY ON PAPER! He had hired non-trained helpers to tint my house. The job was poorly done. Now he does not want to take any responsibility in fixing the tint. NEVER HIRE THIS GUY AGAIN!!!

They tinted it very nice.  They came, they did it; really good actually.  I can't complain; very good price.  I like her but for any reason I won't use them again since I use different company I like different company better because they're more professional.  It would be amazing if you guys have + or - because I would give them a -B.  It makes a big difference.

It was extremely well. They were on time and very professional and friendly. They came to my house, which I was a little concerned because did not know how they could tint windows without a shop. Well, was I ever proven wrong. They did a very professional job and was done within one hour. They said I might see a few bubbles but they would go away once dried. I never saw any bubbles and my car looks great. I highly recommend HeatWave to any one considering having their windows tinted. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for a job well done.

They did a great job! I had mentioned that one of my windows broke last year and the company that replaced had not matched properly- they looked at it and put the right color tint on and it looks perfect. They go the extra mile and have great customer service.

When I arrived in a empty parking lot that they used behind a Church ( which was ok because they squeeze me in on a last-minute appointment ), they informed me that the special was for two windows not a two door car (which had (2) small rear side and
naturally a rear window)  The price for two door car went from $69 to $140 for all the windows except the windshield. I was there so I needed it done and paid the additional money.
They were polite and did a good job, but when I told them I didn't think it was right that the ad was confusing! They than agreed and told me that they needed to straighten it out at some point and blamed Angie's list for the confusion. I have a feeling I wasn't the only confused customer. 
O' than they told me to call Angie's List to cancel the order (tell them I changed my mind) and pay them the whole fee directly, I'm assuming this was some type of scam to bet Angie out of a commission fee. 
I would not use them again because it seemed like a bait and switch scam.

Have used Robert & his company many, many times over the years.....he has always done
a great job & if something does go wrong>>he will come repair the issue.....he (or his staff)
have tinted cars & trucks that we have had & always trust him to give us the best products &
best price around......if you need some tinting, I would call Heatwave !!

The entire process went very well.  I had removed the tinting prior to Robert's arrival so he got right to work and quickly
and expertly applied the new tint, computer color matching it to the remaining tint job.  It looks fantastic!!  The convenience
of Robert coming to the house was a big plus also.  I highly recommend this company.  I will use HeatWave for any future
tinting needs!!

Product installed has been working as advertised.  Job  started and finished as scheduled.  Cost was exactly as quoted.  Very professional work.

Robert, the owner of the company drove to my house with all necessary materials and a 2-man crew.  The "father/son" team arrived right on time and completed the job in under an hour, in my garage.  Unfortunately, the next day I noticed a scratch in the tint on one of the smaller, vent-style windows.  I immediately called Robert and he said that he would stop by on July 4th at 11:00  in the morning to fix it.  That was this morning and he called at 10:30 to say he was on the way.  He replaced the damaged tint and inspected the rest of the car.  All in all, it was a great tint experience.  They came to my house, they charged a reasonable price and even though the job was not perfect at first, it is now.  The tint is guaranteed for as long as i own the car, which should be a long time!
