 + -1 moreThey don't respond to member's maintenance requests, owner is rude and inefficient. There was a pipe burst next to our house and they had to dig in order to repair it. Originally there was grass in this area. We have been asking Scott for over a year now for some fresh sod where the repair was made. Nothing has been done to date, we are still looking at a pile of dirt.
