We have used this service for the past five years.  They have always been prompt, professional, reasonably priced and good at what they do.  Highly recommend.

Gulfstream Irrigation installed an irritrol sprinkler valve on December 6, 2012.  He said to wait a couple of hours before attempting to use the unit.  We ended up chatting for a couple of hours and then shortly after he left the property I tried the valve - leaking.  I called, he came back and attempted to rectify the leak.  Then , it still leaked.  Then he came back again and reassembled the pvc piping and then it stopped leaking.  About a month later the indexer didnt work - the zones wouldnt change.  I have 3 zones and only zone 2 worked which was the front lawn.  I called Gulfstream Irrigation back and he said he'd be by in a couple of days and he never showed up and I called and he hung up on me.  I faxed him a letter along with one to Consumer Affairs in Palm Beach County and he did not respond to it.  I asked for my money back .  Then a few weeks later Consumer Affairs called and said that the case had to be forwarded to the Licensing Board here in Palm Beach County Florida because he let his license lapse and he performed these services without a valid license.  The folks in the Licensing Department got in touch with Gulfstream Irrigation, served him with a notice of violation and got my money back for me.
