They were pretty good. There was a defect in the carpet that they didn’t notice at the mill; even the installers missed it because it was very faint. It had to the do with the weave and you could hardly see it unless you looked at it right. We noticed it after it was installed. One of the owners came over, looked at it, took some pictures, and contacted the mill. They just replaced the whole carpet in a very timely fashion with no problem at all. The installers were very nice; they moved some furniture around for us. We recommended this company to another company who provides carpet. I definitely would use them in the future.
