Pres. Gary Maresca expertly mananged our complete condo renovation including new ceilings, wood floor install, architectural moldings, lighting design, bathrooms and kitchen re-design, providing superb results and totally stress-free process.

Amazingly excellent results on entire condo renovation as described above.  Quality work in every aspect of the re-design and renovation with this most trustworthy, responsible company, enabling us to return home to the Northeast while work was being completed.  Communication was excellent throughout the process, including pictures forwarded as work was being completed on each phase.  We highly recommend this construction company for entire house renovations or single projects.  Their professionalism, work ethic and quality of work exceeded that of others I had experienced during 50 years of projects on my homes in the Northeast.

Gary Maresca who is GM Construction Inc was terrific. He is fabulous. He did some work on my house and was just the best I've ever had. He was prompt and so professional. He gave me lots of time. When he did the work - he pulled out the tub and the sink in my bathroom and put new ones in. He worked away with no problems. He cleaned up after. He was just very professional. He was the best I've ever had in this house. I think the price was reasonable.
