They did flooring, interior painting and ceramic tile. They painted two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. They carpet the entire house. I was very pleased with them. They took their time, they were very clean and they respected the fact that we were living there while they were working. They left some stuff on our enclosed patio and they came back and cleaned it up.

He is fablous his work ethic, ability.  He is truly artist. He is so talented and responsible.

The installation was very professional.  Dave was there and his assistant.   They cleaned up afterwards and made sure the carpet looked perfect.

To say that David did a wonderful job is an understatement!  He did an AMAZING job!!!!!!  He truly has an artistic eye and helped me to make decisions on colors and accent colors.  He did a very detailed job too and didn't try to cut corners anywhere just to save time. And, his prices were more than fair.  We couldn't be happier with the end result!  David worked on our home like he was working on his own and that is just not something you find very often.  We really felt like he cared about the work he was doing and that it wasn't just a job for him, but a passion of his.  If you are looking for someone to make your home beautiful; do yourself a big favor and use Florida Floor Smart!

It all went very well. David did the work on the scheduled days and did an excellent job. the laminate looks good, and his man Oscar did a great job on the carpet. I was impressed with his attention to detail. After the job was completed, I decided to change something that I had previously agreed to. I was going to do the work myself but David did the work at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with the job and will use them for any future flooring work.

David came to our home several times before we were ready to make a decision. He went the extra mile providing samples and advice, all, without any pressure. He didn't rush us because he knew we were struggling to decide what we wanted. We finally decided to do the upstairs in a rustic, laminate floor, and the steps and the Den in a beautiful Berber carpet. David and Oscar were extremely patient and careful when moving the furniture. If you're thinking about going with one of the big box stores to do your floors, I'd think again. I don't believe they would take the time or care that David and Oscar did during every aspect of the installation. These guys are not just installers; they are artists, literally, and It is evident that the artist's touch spills over into the work they do for a living. From our first meeting, to the finishing touches, David and Oscar demonstrated a strong work ethic and a pride in their work. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They're Outstanding!!

My prevoius contracter walked away from the job with the money we gave him for material which is not delivered (lesson learned).The following day I called and left a message on the Floorsmart owner's ( David) phone indicating that I need quote for laminate flooring on my 4 bedrooms that is about 800 sqft. He returned my call within an hour and we set up an appointment for the next day on Sunday. David is a punctual, professional, helpfull and most importantly honest person. His recommendations for the project was right. He even helped us to find another great company to put up crown molding. He finished the job in promised time frame with a great attention and care on details. Also He installed 5' baseboard following the installation of laminate floor. All came out beatifull and we are very happy with the job done by Florida Floorsmart. They cleaned the house after they completed the work. The price was fair and the job was superior. If I ever need any flooring job in the future I would hire David without any hesitation and highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for a professional, fairly-priced and honestly performed job. David Lepore is personable, professional and his prices are more than fair. His crew removed and replaced carpeting in two rooms and installed new carpet in a completely rehabbed room that was just a slab. He is also going to clean and treat our tile flooring throughout the house. Since our newly purchased home was a foreclosure property we have dealt with many contractors. Some have been in line with the market while others' offers were in some instances offensive. We were able to build rapport with David so quickly that we had complete peace of mind that the job was done while our family was on vacation. We returned to find the work was complete and it looks great. Afterwards David returned to the house to make sure we were satisfied before paying him. A nice touch and somewhat rare these days. David Lapore brought samples over to my home.  I liked that convenience.  At first I was only going to do two rooms but the price I was given for the additional two rooms was very reasonable  There was one delay and I could accommodate the change.  Was given a $75 Publix gift card to compensate for the delay. Very pleased with the work. There is a five year installation warranty.

We were very pleased with the work done by Floor Smart.   David, along with his crew of Simon and Victor, transformed our 30 year old condo. Despite some snags, David came up with a solution, and the men worked consistently for
nearly 4 weeks.  I found them honest and hardworking and with a small crew, it was a comfort to know who was in the
