Frank Ferazzoli, the owner's son misrepresented the timetable for installation which was quoted at two weeks. I was without a working kitchen for over 5 weeks due to the delayed installation. Further, they sent two people without supervision neither of which spoke English and one was a trainee. They did a poor job fabricating my Quartzite countertops as there ended up with a seam right in the middle of the backsplash. Ferazzoli was supposed to line up the veigning of the backsplash. They never told me there was an issue or showed me what it would look like beforehand. They broke the backsplash in the bathroom, incorrectly terminated the countertop at the window sill. Ferazzoli also damaged my linen cabinet side panel upon installation. Caulking was poorly done as well with several missing and uneven spots. My handyman who speaks some Spanish was required to interpret conversations with the installer all while on my payroll. My handyman and I were also required to help put the countertop in the bathroom in place because the two of them couldn't lift the countertop themselves, hence the damage to my cabinet. Very disappointed in their performance and would not do business with them again. They don't stand behind their work and Frank never responded to any of my concerns. He just sells the project and disappears. I was expecting quality work as their pricing was higher than others. They wasted material because they miscut the Quartzite and charged me $250 extra for 6 window sills after all of the mishaps they caused. The office staff was pleasant to deal with which is the only redeeming thing I have to say about this company. Each Quartzite stone is unique and there is only one chance to get the fabrication and installation correct. I suggest staying away from Ferazzoli and Sons.

The quality of the work is superb. After seeing some other renovations done around here, there is no comparison to the quality of work. I am absolutely amazed with what they were able to do. There was always a supervisor on site, who happened to be Steve. I was also assigned someone in the office that I could talk to whenever I had any questions. I dealt with Sandy, who was absolutely wonderful. I asked her to make some decisions because I was out of state and not able to be there. They made beautiful decisions, I was very pleased. Everything turned out beautifully and I am so lucky I found them. They took no short cuts even though I wasn't there to oversee any of the work. They are a family business and well received in the community. They were first class all the way and I am very happy.

My kitchen undermount sink pulled away from the granite due to poor installation. I called Ferazzoli about 10 a.m. and a crew was out at 2:30 p.m.. They sealed and reinstalled the sink in about an hour. The sink is in very well now and I don't expect the same problem again. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant.
