They are completely unprofessional. installed my air exchange unit incorrectly which was pointed out to me by the A/C company that had to come and repair it because they could not find the time to fix their mistakes, the heat did not work because of a wire not connected and the vibration of the unit caused by spacers incorrectly installed that caused excessive vibration and noise throughout the whole condo. had to ask several times for common things like invoices and receipts and then proceeded to attack me when I complained that I had never worked with a company like them before I had to buy a space heater until I got another company to fix their mistakes
