Nick came promptly to fix my oven. I ordered an oven piece, which I paid for upfront. He gave me an invoice, Part never arrived/he no longer takes my phone calls. Stay away from this business; it is just a FRAUD,

Nick repaired my fridge on 12/28. 2 weeks later it stopped cooling again. Nick showed up again and said that he would get back to me, haven't seen or heard from him since. weeks later multiple calls and text messages and no response.

Provider came on Oct 09, 2024 to see what was wrong with the appliance. They believed it was a sensor and they left and came back the same day to install. Shortly after they discovered it was not the sensor and it had ro do with the main board. They removed my existing board and said they would have the part by next week. I informed I will be out of town but will schedule for the week of our return. I called and no one answered. I went online and emailed the info email and received a call back from another number, same person by the end of the following week 10/29, loosing a week. We scheduled for 10/30 but I had an emergency and we moved it for Thurs 10/31. On 10/31 I called, left vm, and texted, no answer. Nov 1, i called 2x, left vm, and texted, no response. Nov 2 I called, no response, texted and warned I would dispute the charges, no response. Nov 4, I made a last courtesy call, no response. Nov 4, I called Angie's List to put a formal complaint, was not finalized. Today Nov 12, I am finalizing the complaint and have disputed the charges with American Express as they have a vital piece of my appliance that rendered the one piece that was working, the microwave, inoperable. I would like to note that I have also attempted calling and texting the other mobile number I had for the company. Till this day there has been 0 calls or attempt to resolve the matter by the vendor. I would never recommend them.
