Central A/C - Service or Repair
Terrible experience. I had this company come out to service my AC, and they told me everything was ?perfect.? Not even two weeks later, my AC is making a loud noise that wasn?t there before. When I called, instead of taking responsibility, customer service tried to charge me another service fee. Why should I pay again for an issue that started only after their technician worked on my unit? This is unacceptable and shows they don?t stand by their work. I would never recommend this company.

it went well from the beginning scheduling with Stacy to the technician coming to service the air conditioner and clean the ducts. highly recommend

The technician did a great job, the work was covered under my contract and the technician even told me what dishwasher detergent to use so that my dishes and silverware would dry better. I love ECM!

ECM came out to service our AC units, but determined they were both shot. Within 24 hours we had 2 new AC units working! Thanks for your prompt response, ECM and for saving us from the heat!!

Salesman was very knowable and no pressure in purchasing the item. The installers were very courteous and professional. All work was performed in a timely manner
