This place is horrible and does not stand by there work. I brought my truck there for repair and the lettering was applied completely crooked the first attempt. Then crooked and the wrong location the second time. Just brought it a third time and the letters came in damaged from their vendor. Now they are saying they will not re-order the lettering and do not remember where they got it. On top of that they told me to pick the location on the truck myself to layout the damaged lettering. I am not a auto body professional or I would not need them in the first place. Super disappointed in level of professional or lack there of. In addition, they charged me $300 more then the quote. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Found this provider on Angie's list so I decided to take the car there to get the body work and painting done.  I regret that decision.  For me, the biggest problem was the quality of their work.  
     
-- When I went to pick up the car, I was disappointed with the paint job.  The front quarter panel paint did not match the rest of the car -- it was a shade darker.  When I refused to accept it, I got an argument from the shop manager who said that the paint job was just fine and that I was seeing a reflection from the pavement.   Only after I called over 2 different customers and one of their workers  who all agreed that the paint was a shade off, did the manager acknowledge the mismatch and agree to repaint it.  Turns out that they originally pained the whole side of the car EXCEPT the front and rear doors, the parts that didn't match in color.  
     
-- When I finally took the car, it seemed to be much noiser than what a Lexus should be.  As the car was still under warranty, I took it to the dealer to have it checked out.  They raised it up and showed me that the rubber plugs used to deaden the road noise coming into the passenger cabin were not replaced.  They sold me the part and installed it.  Total cost was $18.    The shop manager apologized and reimbursed me.  He said that he didn't even know that there were these plugs, strange, I thought, for a company that's  been doing paint and body work for over 20 years.
    
These 2 incidents alone, and there were other minor ones, lead me to be very disappointed with the quality of the work.  Yes, they made good on fixing it, but, from my perspective, only after I had to  go through a lot of agravation and time wasting.  I expected much, much better.

My family has used East Coast a few times now and always with satisfaction. 

My brand new car was hit by a woman who had no business driving. They repaired the damage with no visible signs of the previous damage.

They are very professional and very reliable.  I was very satisfied.  I like their professionalism.  They were knowledgeable and they just give you a feeling of confidence.

We have used them two different times. They rebuilt the back of my car. Somebody hit me and it was badly damaged. They did what they were supposed to and they did it professionally. When it was over time they provided a rental car for us.

I had a bird hit my car and broke my headlight cover and messed up the paint in a couple of places. It is a new car and when they were done it still looked like a brand new car. Excellent work. Very professional. Everyone was very nice and kept me informed of the progress. I had an issue when I went to pick up the car and showed them, they were extremely nice and kept the car one more day to make it perfect.

They were very professional and punctual. they kept me informed of what was being done throughout the hole process.

They did a fine job. Something, I don't think was really their fault, except the car was with them for a number of days. When we got it back there were ants that had gotten in.

Damage to the vehicle was appropriately done. If ever in this position and if feasible, consider advancing payment direct to repair location and await insurance company settlement.
