Trust them to tell you the right way anything should be done and then to do it, if you give your approval. I cannot think of any 'don'ts'. They will advise you of things you can do before and after their services to save $, if desired. Ex. include fine clean up.

I went through several electrical contractors who had no interest in dealing with a 1950's low voltage switching system which is installed in my hot attic. Richard and Doug have experience with low voltage system, and I used them to repair unworking low voltage switches, lights, etc. Additionally, the performed a difficult pool light repair, which required digging through the concrete pool deck. They also did the electrical install for a new room addition including air conditioning and an external hook up for a generator. These guys are very knowledgeable, good to deal with, reasonable and quick to respond.
