The workers were prompt, practically begging for tips. The owner said everything would be perfect, but it is not. She had excuses for not coming to monitor the work. When I requested she come to see the final outcome, she stated that she had a picture and it looked fine. When I advised her that the sealant was not evenly applied, she said she would come to see it. She never came. We opted against using the sandblaster she recommended, and she did not hesitate to denigrate the man we hired (in spite of the fact that we were very pleased with his work). She never mentioned putting down sand, so we had it sealed without sanding the joints. She even told me that her foreman was on the job, and he knows more about pavers than she does. That may be true, but after her great sales pitch, we assumed that she would be overseeing the work. The whole job was not a pleasant experience. Will not use Domain Outdoors (aka Palm Beach Paver Restoration) in the future.

In spite of the frequent rain showers, the job was completed professionally and to my satisfaction. They took great care in power washing the paver including the edges and borders.as well as the screen cage.
