Delray Screen Inc

I hired this company twice over the last few years. The last time I called was September 2017, following a hurricane; understandably I was told I had to wait 5 months for the repair (even though I was a prior customer). They eventually provided the repair in February 2018. At that time, they repaired several panels on the ceiling of my lanai, and recently (May 2018), one of repaired panels came loose. I contacted this company again to repair the loose panel. After they reviewed the area, they stated the loose panel was not a panel that they had previously repaired. I try to be a loyal customer, but I did not get a sense that Delray Screen is loyal to their customers. So after receiving their quote, I contacted a competitor that I had never used before and received a proposal quoting 1/3 the cost proposed by Delray Screen. I ended up using the other company, which delivered a good repair and saved me money. Having worked with Delray Screen a couple of times, they were slow to respond, although they eventually returned my call or email. Sometimes, they were away attending personal events. Delray Screen is run more as a family hobby, than it is a commercial enterprise. Their most recent price quote woke me up to the fact that they are also not market competitive, so I will not use them again.

Mike is always professional. He comes out first to give you an estimate for the repair. We talked about other options as well. He explained that he needed to place the entire top panels and could not just do 2. I agreed and it was time to replace them as well. The crew that came out was very friendly and got right to work. They also drilled 2 small holes in the base of my screen enclosure and put small screen covers over the holes to prevent bugs. This will help for additional draining.

We got 3 estimates and they were the lowest and they did a great job. They were very responsive, they did a beautiful clean job, and they came when they said they were going to come.

Delray screen replaced some of my screen panels on the top of the screen. This is the second time I have used them. I have found this company to be very responsive and does a great job. I would recommend them for any screening repair/replacement.
Mike will usually come out first to do an estimate and then let you know the lead time for the job. He replaced my screening in less than a week and it looks good.

They have worked on my house multiple times and every time have been courteous, professional, and honest. The are unbelievable people and are always upfront about what they can and cannot do.
