D L Folsom Heating & Air Conditioning Corp

We hired D L Folsom Heating & Air Conditioning to install an air conditioning system in our Condo. We have had nothing but problems with this unit and have had no help Folsom. They installation was not done as agreed and they will not fix the issues we are having. We hired them to replace our current unit because of the noise it was making. They came in and installed a unit that is not only waking my wife and I up every time it goes on but the air flow is so fast that we have to keep our blind up so they will not ruin them. After months of trying to get them to replace the unit with a properly sized unit we finally had an outside very reputable AC company come out to analyze the situation. We paid $451 to have them do this along along with a heat load calculation report. Here is what this company said, "Unit appears to be oversized for home and duct work that it serves. This will cause short cycling of equipment, noisier compressor operations, excessive blower noise and high humidity levels due to short cycling. Highly recommend that unit be swapped for smaller unit based on heat load calculation and with Bosch whisper quiet unit to reduce noise and increase overall performance and comfort. Recommend relocating in order to have enough room to put in prefab 36" stand and new unit that will clear the door frame. This will allow minimal noise to transfer from the unit into the walls of the bedroom and surrounding areas". Folsom is not interested in making customers happy! They are only interested in getting the Job and the money. They not only did not reduce the sound problem but they created an air flow issue that wasn't even there with the previous unit. A BAD company. DO NOT USE THEM...

These people came and professionally maintained my units. They added an enhancement to my air conditioning unit.

Everything went according to plan - the technical people arrived on time and worked until everything was complete.
