He arrived on time explained how he would get rid of the pop-ups and other problems with the computer. He also showed me a site to check the safety of different downloadable programs. He then downloaded a Star Wars game for us. He also disassembled an old computer safely for us, so that we could donate it (and not worry about any of our info still being on it). He showed my family different things on the computer and how to safely navigate through different sites. He was here for 3 hours and only charged $75. Most companies charge twice that!

Charlie came over the same day I called and explained in detail exactly what he would do, how long it would take and the approximate cost of repair (it varied because of the varied cost of a laptop screen). I spoke to him several days later and gave me an update on when he would receive the new screen. As he stated, it arrived when he thought it would and he delivered it to my house as promised. He made sure everything worked and guaranteed his work.
I would not hesitate to call him again for any computer work or recommend him to friends or family.

As soon as disaster struck, I called Charlie. I have used him before with superb results. He was busy on another assignment, but he didn't put me off to the next day. He understood how lost I am when my computer is down. Instead, he came over in the early evening, and got the computer running again. Then took the trouble to check out everything I depend on. Despite the after-hours service and all the extra chores he volunteered to do, Charlie charged only for a simple service call. Charlie's skills are head and shoulders above every other repair person I have used in the past. He adds to those skills a genuine interest in the needs of his clients and makes sure that by the time he leaves there is nothing more that can be done and nothing more needed to be done.

Charles arrived at the appointed time and recognized the problem immediately. He corrected the problem in short time. I can only say how pleased I am with his work and would not hesitate to call him again and to reccomend him to my family and friends.

Mr. White provided service at a level of excellence that I never expected to see. In the matter of the TV purchase and installation, he researched to make sure I got all the features and functions I wanted, identified the right TV, helped me order it on line, picked it up at the store, prevented the store from selling me a floor model and made sure I got a new and unused sett. He delivered it to me, unpacked it and set it up, including setting up my Comcast box and remote. His hourly charge is not cheap, but he charged me for fewer hours than he actually devoted to my interests. If he had chaged me twice as much, I would have thought his services were worth every penny. With all that service, he is the most knowledgeable person I know who is currently performing computer set up and repair. I can't imagine there is anyone else as good as Mr. White performing these services, and certainly there is no one better.

Charles did a great service for us. My parents live far from us in Boynton Beach, Florida. They had a problem with their computer. It would not turn on. My parents are older and needed someone to come to their house to help them get it working again. My brother and I live in different cities, an airplane flight away so it was not practical for either of us to fly down to fix it. Charles had great ratings on Angies List so we called him. Charles went to see them and found that it was just a loose connection. He took care of it quickly and did not even charge for the visit. He really came through for us. It is nice to know there is someone near our parents that is decent, honest and competent and that we can count on to help them. We will call Charles again the next time our parents need computer help and they will also recommend him to their friends and neighbors. I would highly recommend him.

Called for information about my inoperative laptop. Charles gave me all of the tests to try over the phone and explained the options available and probable cause of the laptop failure. This gave me enough information to assess whither to repair or replace the laptop. Very helpful and courteous.

Very well. I picked up a nasty Trojan on my laptop, tried to remove it myself, ended up totally crashing my laptop to the point that it was unbootable.

Called Charlie, he showed up same day. Had to take my computer to his shop to run some special equipment on it. I was sweating bullets about losing my work data. Charlie got me out of a very tough situation.

Prompt, friendly, not intimidating to someone who has no idea what they're doing with computers. He took a lot of his time to help me with my computer, he only charges a flat fee. I have called him since for help over the phone, he is wonderful and my computer is running great. I would highly recommend his service for anyone.

He came and he evaluated my computer and determined that I need to purchase a new one. His customer service was exceptional. He took me shopping to pick up a new one, helped me pick out one that would be appropriate for me. He helped with all of my questions and set the computer up for me! He really took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. I praise his work! He even took out all of the packaging and took it to recycling for me. I have never had an experience that wonderful! The whole experience from the shopping to the set up was just phenomenal!!

CHARLES WAS A LITTLE LATE. BUT HE CALLED. WE BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND WIRELESS ROUTER. HE WORKED ON 3 COMPUTERS AND TRANSFERED ALL THE PICTURES FROM THEM TO MY NEW LAPTOP. HE WAS HERE FOR 3.5 HOURS AND ONLY CHARGES ME FOR 2.i RESPECT HIM FOR KEEPING TO HIS QUOTE. HE IS WELL WORTH IT

Charlie helped me correct a variety of e-mail "send and receive" problems with our two family laptops. He also restored our failed ability to have the second laptop receive wireless signals at the other end of the house. He also referred us to the absolutely lowest priced retailer in the area for some needed computer accessories. He spent over an hour on his first visit and charged us NOTHING, as he had not totally corrected a problem. When he subsequestly returned and spent almost two hours (and did resolve everything) he charged only $75, which included a third brief visit to help us with settings......total 3 visits......total over 3 1/2 hours.....ONE payment of $75. He's very good at what he does, and is most interested in SAVING EXPENSE for his clients. I recommend him highly.

I have enjoyed time charlie spent with me. he tought me how to defrag and disk cleanup my computer. I had a old computer and gave it to him. In 2 days I received a thank you from a charity for the donation. He could have taken the computer and sold it..(he took out the hard drive and gave it to me first) I will use him again

The job that that Charles did was great. My computer is running like new again-fast!!! In addition, he left a couple of programs to use to prevent viruses from attacking and another program to clean the programs. Charles was here at my home for 2.5 hours and did not charge one penny more for his time. A wonderful experience-truly a professional at his job!

Mr. White is just fantastic. He is very knowledgeable! I trust him with what is on my computer which is my life. His pricing is better than anyone in town. I feel the same about his reliability.
