It went great. Ken, Theresa, Donna ,Jake are Leron (sp) make a fantastic team. They not only made larger support posts for my gate but they installed better hinges and a lockable latch system. This company does fantastic work. I am very pleased.

From my initial telephone contact, I felt an instant connection with Teresa, who is also an owner.  She was very creative, helpful, and patient during the entire design process.
Teresa's husband Kenny came to our house and took all of the wall opening measurements to insure a precise fit prior to the design process.  Teresa and I exchanged information and the required forms via e-mail which expedited all of the steps from initial design and all the steps leading up to the manufacturing process.
 
When I sent a follow-up e-mail to check on the progress, Teresa not only responded immediately, she also went into the manufacturing area and sent me photographs of the gates in progress. 
 
As soon as the gates were back from powder coating, Teresa e-mailed me to arrange for the installation.  My installer was Kenny and Teresa's son, Jake who, with the help of another gentleman, quickly and professionally installed our two beautiful new gates.  Jake also disposed of the ugly, original side gate we had inherited when we bought our house.
We could not be happier with our choice of Creative Metal Products & Fencing, Inc. for our pedestrian gates.  They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.  Just go on their website and you will be amazed at how creative they are with their designs. Then if you get the opportunity to see their finished products you will be more than pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Extremely professional, punctual, and friendly. Theresa and Ken are very friendly and easy to work with. The staff is clean, timely, and courteous. All work was done ahead of schedule and cleaned up like they were never there. Theresa very kind and follows up quickly via email or calling. They went out of their way to help me on short notice and worked outside of normal operating hours. I have recommended creative metals to my neighbors and will continue to promote their work. Creative Metals priced matched another company's estimate to give me the best price. The turn around time from contract to installation was fast. The workers were friendly, did a great job and always cleaned up after themselves. The workers also pointed out existing problems on the property that I wasn't aware of and they were skilled enough to work around them and come up with solutions without delaying the project. I was very pleased with the end result.
A few months later we were hit by a tropical storm and small part of the fence was damaged by flooding. Creative Metals came out the same day I called and fix the whole problem within 24 hours for a reasonable rate. Not only do they do a good job with the products they install they stand by them with great customer service.
