"We apologize that our work did not meet your expectations. I am not sure why you feel that having licensed electricians work on a low voltage system is crazy, especially considering the complexity of your system that was old with multiple transformers and at least 50 lights. We spent many hours trying to locate bad fixtures, cut lines, etc. Just to be clear, we didn't finish because you didn't want to spend more hours having us troubleshoot the system.
