After I dropped off my carpets and got a quote, they were cleaned and detailed at the Costikyan offices. They were friendly, knowledgable and honest about what I could expect. The carpets were delivered back to me by an incredibly nice and professional gentlemen who laid them both out for me. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my carpet cleaning and repairs.

Have used another local cleaner for years - but when they said dog stains in rug were uncleanable, we looked elsewhere. Called Clark at Costikyan, who (amazingly!) gave me a bunch of tips on how to clean it myself. Told me to call in the morning if it didn't work - which it didn't (at least not perfectly), so he came over - and magically solved the problem.
They cost more than the others - but they are amazing - and worth every penny.
