There were many issues.  A main issue was with the pack patio, they were supposed to have it at least one inch above ground - the far edge is below ground.  I was told I need to hire a landscape firm to fix.  In addition, they left a sprinkler within the section where they were going to pour concrete for the walkway and had the audacity to tell me they were justified in doing so.  I removed it myself.  Prior to pouring the concrete for the back patio, I noticed the edge of the wooden frame was below ground level.  The owner, Joe Spada, immediately accused me of moving the forms, which I had not.  The resulting work with the edge below ground proves that.  When I asked for the details of our specifications, they were not available.  There were many, many delays in getting the work done as the company was not familiar with the permit requirements of Cooper City.  They also agreed to make the walkway one inch above ground.  They when they came out at my insistence on reviewing issues, Joe took pictures of the walkway and stated that if it cracked, they would not take responsibility as it was above ground, and that I needed to level the dirt up around it.  Where was this requirement when were discussed having it above ground???

Our driveway was damaged by a general contractor during a remodel and completion of a new addition to our home. 
We called two companies for repair estimates and landed on Cobra Construction because we liked Joe's forthright approach.  While one company suggested we skim coat over the existing driveway, Joe Spada, the owner of Cobra Construction, helped us to understand that this was not the correct approach based on the underlying structural damage. The price of replacing the driveway was more than we had hoped but we knew it was a fair price nonetheless and we moved forward with the plan.  The project got off to a slow start based on obtaining the permit and then rain delays. However, Cobra kept us informed as to the status and
what to expect throughout the entire process. 
My husband is a fanatic when it comes to aesthetic and curb appeal and he spent a lot of time deciding on the stamp pattern and the color, making many trips to Cobra's showroom and going so far as to consult with an artist friend before choosing a two color process that would fully enhance the property.   As we were nearing completion and the color was being applied, my husband realized it was not what he selected -  evidently there had been a communication mix-up somewhere along the way.  It was not a huge miss and the worker applying the color was really great -  he listened to what my husband had to say and was able to make adjustments to tweak the color and get it closer to our desired finish.
In the end, we've received dozens of complements from  neighbors and passersby at how great the driveway looks and they marvelat the aesthetic - at how beautifully the driveway color ties back to the house and roof color.  The only ones who have an inkling that its not perfect are my husband, our artist friend, and possibly Joe himself.  Overall we're quite pleased with Cobra Construction and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.
