CK's technician Howard just left. He arrived on time and got right to work. As explained over the phone I was charged a $90 service/transportation fee (which might include the first half hour of labor) and for an hour of straight labor at $80/hour. The installation work is solid and included eliminating a squeak and some rubbing against the door frame. The hardware is very reasonably priced at $44 so the entire cost is $228.98 with tax. And I am super happy.

Our last experience with a locksmith, about 5 years ago, was very bad.  The locksmith was nasty and overcharged us.  This was a totally different experience and we are very pleased.

They showed up on time. Were very professional and knowledgeable.  Worked clean and did a very nice job.  Could not be more pleased with the service.  Plus the price was very fair.  Will use again and tell others about them.

I have used them a couple of times and they have always been great.

I called to arrange an appointment with only a few days notice. Gary was very helpful and scheduled a service call for the for the following week. On the scheduled day, Locksmith Bruce called me ahead to confirm arrival time. He arrived as scheduled, was professional, courteous and friendly. The work was completed in a very reasonable time and to my satisfaction. He paid careful attention to detail when installing the new handle set. The work areas were left clean and tidy. I have used the services of this Company in the past and would gladly recommend them and use them in the future.

They came after hours and provided same day service. They were polite, professional and obviously well-experienced. I would use them again

They were able to key the house for garage door and other house doors. It was a Medeco High Security lock. I called a month ago and they were here the next day. They made extra keys for me. The were on top of making sure that the all the keys were the same and there was no problems whatsoever. Now I have complete confidence that when I lock the door behind me that the door is locked and sleeping at night is a peace of mind situation. They picked out what I wanted that would match the rest of the house.

I called on Monday October 27th to have 2 single cylinder deadbolts rekeyed. They were very friendly and professional over the phone. It was a pleasant surprise that they had an appointment available on Tuesday. The gentleman arrived on time, was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Great job! Arthur rekeyed my door locks and made different color keys so that I could tell which key went with which lock. That was a terrific idea. Then he fixed the lock on my slider. The part was hard to find but the folks at CKs found it for me somewhere in New England then got it to me and Arthur installed it in time for an insurance inspection. Thank you, CKs!

I called C K's this morning and spoke with Gary .I told him I needed 2 dead bolt locks installed,He was very,very patient and explained all options available to me.
The technician arrived promptly and advised that we had 2 deadbolt locks in excellent condition
I paid the service call and he oiled the licks and made 2 extra keys

What good service!  I asked if they could come out same day, non-emergency, and they did.  The service tech was well spoken, efficient, and he arrived in a nice clean truck.  He was able to make keys on the spot.

Everything was perfect, as promised.
The employee came on time and installed the locks as we wanted.

C.K.'s was extremely patient and helpful. We gave them a hard time because we liked our old system so much, but it had finally after 40 years quit, and we refused to throw the whole thing away. Ernie and Frank took the time to analyze just which parts were bad, and then worked very hard to let us keep the parts that are still good. We love our new/ old security system. Thank you, C.K.
