Tammy was punctual and even accompanied the installer for measuring. I was impressed with Tammy but not with the product or installation. I'm concerned. I have nothing in writing stating life time warranty. I'm not thrilled with the action of the blind.making them difficult to open and close. Some of the vertical slats have a distressed edge. I don't know if possibly they are seconds or did they get roughed up by the installer in the process of cutting them. So the slats are not uniformed. Some of the distressed edges have a black color. Very displeasing being the blinds are white. The valances are not straight. One set is a full inch higher on one side. The lower side exposes the top of the sliding glass door. He also cut a valance too short and you see a ugly staggered jagged 5 inch gap. See picture. The valance return of another blind is tilted. See picture. Her installer did the final measure. The blinds are too small. See picture. The sun is heating up the room from both sides of the blinds. I will update this posting if and when the installer comes to fix his installation and if Tammy replaces the damaged slats.
