The job did not start when stated.  There was always and excuse, the workers showed up when they wanted and left when wanted.  The workers always had an excuse.  When I called the company to complain about the way the fence was looking .  The owner Mike Brown,  stated I am busy and I am going out of town,  I waited and still no call back.  I called left several messages and still no call back.
I even sent and email, with no reply, a certified letter and no luck in a call ..  We finally went to the County Licensing and put a complaint in on June 27th,  The owner did come out and look at the work but would not give us a solution to the problem.  When we stated that we will have to take this to court.  The owner, immediately left and stated I will mail your check on monday (June 30th).  As of today July 6th, still no check .  
My husband is a senior citizen and he is disable, he has no voice box due to stage 4 cancer.  WE are beyond devasted with this matter .  See below the email I sent to the company on June 13  that was followed by certified letter on  June 17, and received on May 18th.

Mike , When we hired your company to install our privacy fence it was to be a 2-3 day job, they started on May 10th and finished on May 17th, always excuses for not being there, or come late, leave early ect.Now that it is finally up we have to go through the problems with how it was put up and the results. My husband and I would like to request that you come out and review the privacy fence that your crew installed.  We would like to go over our concerns.  1.      The sidings are all out of level 2-3 inches they are all crooked and there are also gaps in both the single and the double gates.2.      (Privacy fence is to be closed/no openings.) Yes I can see  ¼ to ½ inch openings .  No larger then that.3.      We hired you and paid ½ of the cost upfront for the privacy fence and expected a nice appealing privacy fence installed.  When you look at the fence you can see that the spaces are created because the sidings were not installed straight up and down, this is not appealing and does not look professional.4.      Obviously we are paying for the fence and expect to get what we agreed to pay for, which is a privacy fence installed correctly.We are not satisfied with the appearance or the work that has been done.  We are requesting that you come out and see for yourself our issues and come to a resolution in a professional manor.  Either the fence needs to be reinstalled correctly or we need to discuss the remaining balance owed. And have a deduction made. Would also like for you to know - that we went ahead and took pictures and showed many different people to get their opinions to make sure that we were not being unreasonable. Everyone could not believe the work that was done was from a professional.  So again would like for you to come out and see for yourself regarding our issues so that this can be resolved/corrected and completed now that it is June 13, 2014.   Please call us at 561 386 3663 or 561 803 8663 (my work), to setup a time to come out and discuss this issue. Thank YouJozsef and Deborah Perger
