The company was horrific. The order was placed in March and it wasn’t finished until August 11th; it was nothing but aggravation. They were absolutely horrible. Their prices were on the higher side. They came recommended. They were not the cheapest but I was supposed to get quality for paying a little more. The accordion and plantation shutters were both defective. One was dented and they had paint imperfections so they had to be replaced. They kept postponing and always had excuses. I couldn't get upset because they got upset at my being upset. It was the worst business transaction I ever did in my entire life. It was a $5,000 job and they treated it like it was a $5 transaction. I would absolutely not use them again. I made a complaint through the city because the work permit was never closed. They needed a sticker and they threatened to sue me for defamation of character.
Description of Work: I used All Precision Hurricane Shutters for some storm shutters.
