We really don’t know what kind of review you’re expecting after you have not been able to solve an issue you created by not properly installing a brand new ac unit and then using the wrong part to fix it. You have just proved your incompetence, lack of professionalism, and customer service. It has been 4 days and you have not been able to resolve the issue. And as I write this the second technician is coming to try to solve the problem. This will be the fifth technician in four days.

New A/C unit installed 2/28/18, at least 10 return trips since then, two times the breaker box needed to be replaced, two times the coil needed to be replaced. 8 of the 10 times the tech who came said there was nothing wrong. Have had to call the company at least 20 times about my new air conditioner, costing over $3500, not working. Several times the girls who answer the phone actually told me "it's hot outside, that's why the house is not cooling"... no, I'm not kidding. And they had nerve to charge me a $195 labor fee!! Wouldn't even schedule an appointment without a credit card number. I have been a customer of Air Around the Clock since 2004... not anymore!!

Air Around the Clock is a reprehensible complete rip-off company. The use bait and switch techniques and do inferior work. Initially, they installed a crappy air handler motor they said was cheaper but performed the same as the correct motor. It took three attempts to fix a simple fan motor on the air handler. The first motor installed sounded like a NASCAR in my home. The correct motor, installed on the 3rd service call, listed at $350 on Amazon, which they invoiced me for over $1,100.00. They tried to extort more money from me to install the correct motor. I grossly overpaid them in the first place as they threaten to remove the motor, wouldn't leave until I gave them a credit card, and even after they set our house on fire then threatened to put a lean on my home if we didn’t pay. Their technicians are untrained morons that can't even weld copper without setting the carpet on fire. Imagine using plastic tarp to protect that carpet from welding sparks and heat. Air Around the Clock has yet to resolve our issue after 5 months of making excuses. After the third repair attempt, their "technician" Stephen Jones set our carpet on fire with his torch. They have faked working with us to resolve the issue but after 5 months they keep making excuses and the carpet is still un-repaired. They are a reprehensible company, I'm not sure how they have a better Business Bureau endorsement. Their supervisor Don Barber has been to our house to examine the damage several times, he just says they will fix it next week. This "next week" has turned into 5 months of BS. We held payment through the credit card company for the two-month period which they were waiting to expire, after they received their payment, they had no intention of fixing their egregious, malicious, destruction of our house. Air Around the Clock treated us like criminals, threatened us with a lean on our home, and has failed to correct their mistake after 5 months of making excuses. They are complete thugs…avoid at all cost!

They worked on it for about three days. Price was comparable. They showed up on time. I would not use this provider again.

Terrible experience with the manager Susan. I was a happy loyal customer of ATC ever since they put my AC in 4 years ago. I've had them come out various times for service including 3 times this year. Had them come out yesterday for what turned out to be a bad fuse. The technician told me it would be $245 to change a fuse. I thought that was way over priced so he advised me to call the office and speak to. manager to ask for a better price. I called and got connected to someone named Susan. I asked her for a courtesy based on my history with them. She went on to tell me they aren't the cheapest game in town and explained how much it cost to send someone out. Not exactly things a customer should be told. She did lower the price to $200, again, to change a fuse. That was still ridiculous and too much money in my opinion. I thanked her and went on my way. I ended up just paying the $95 service fee and getting someone else to change the fuse for much much less. I went on to leave negative reviews on a few places, one of them being their Facebook page. I guess Susan didn't like that so she personally replied to my bad review informing me that my card, that they've had on file and used this year before , was declined. No phone call from anyone yesterday at all letting me know my card didn't go through but instead they post it on the internet. What a joke. The worst customer service I've ever seen. I call her back today and she tells me I chose to leave a petty review on Facebook so that's why she communicated that info on there. Ironically she had no clue how petty she was being. I feel bad that this company is losing customers because of her terrible attitude and customer service. After everything when I called back (she hung up on me after we had some nice words for each other)to pay the $95 the receptionist said my card didn't go through because they didn't have the 3 digit security code and no one had called me to get it. So basically Susan the manager was flat out lying trying to post something bad about me after I gave them a bad review. She should never interact with customers again.

The serviceman came even though it was already dark outside and he went up on the roof. I had just gotten out of the hospital so I appreciated that he was willing to work with a flashlight in the dark. He found that our a/c had leaked out all it's freon and he was able to repair the leak, gas it up again and get it running. I really appreciated that he didn't try to postpone the appointment and he gave the unit a complete servicing while he was up there. We will continue to renew our service contract with them. They are responsive and their techs are very knowledgable.

I also call them when there's something wrong and they come out rapidly. It keeps me going back to them. When you have extra times that you call them, it's a reasonable price and they fix it right away.

It ended up where they told me I needed a whole new A/C unit and they pulled a bait and switch on me. They ended up lowering, they gave me a refurbished unit instead of a new one. They didn't give me the right tonnage. They still haven't even passed inspection. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. It's been horrific. I would give them F's straight across the board. It was refurbished inside and out. I paid way over what they first said and then they didn't even replace it with the same type of unit. I had a 3 1/2 ton, they put in a 3 ton. They didn't put in the right pieces. They didn't install it properly. It's been a nightmare, it's still not straightened out. And stealing. They pulled a bait and switch on me. They threatened me that if I didn't give them a check, that they would leave me with no unit what so ever. And they had already taken my old unit and then they were going to take away my inards of my inside unit and then take away my outside unit. And they said they have done it before, so I was threatened into keeping it. I would never use them again. I don't believe they should be in business.

We had a new unit that they put in. He cleaned something out and it still wasn't working. We had somebody else come and the guy really didn't do anything. I think they were pretty high.

Excellent , installed in one day. They arrived on time and completed the job on time. Cleaned the area before they left. Called back to make sure we where happy with service.

They checked everything and they gave discounts. The one contract covers different appliances within your home. One time our stove was out and they came and we had hamsters and our hamster got backed and pulled the coat somehow. The other time we had a washer problem and it wasn't working and they came and it was going to cost like over $400 to fix it and so they recommended us to get a new one. And there was something wrong with the air conditioning and one time it was like cleaning he suggested and we got a discount on that.
