DARK SPOTS REMAINED ON RUG, WERE SUPPOSED "TO DRY OUT IN AN HOUR." STILL STAINED AFTER A DAY. LEATHER CHAIRS DID NOT "DRY OUT" AND REMAIN OLD-LOOKING. UPON DEPARTURE, WORKER DROPPED DIRTY CARPET LIQUID ON TILE IN LIVING ROOM AND ENTRY. CALLED IMMEDIATELY. SET UP A DATE FOR FOLLOWING MONDAY 8:30AM. STAINS DISCOLORED TILE. DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL, CALLED, MADE EXCUSES, MADE NEW APPT FOR FOLLOWING WEEK. FAILED TO SHOW. CALLED, CALLED AGAIN, OWNER MADE EXCUSES, NO DATE SET UP. CLEANED ENTIRE FLOOR
