A-PRO HOME INSPECTION SVC

August,2021 I was referred to A-Pro Home Inspection to inspect a condo I was purchasing. A year later and thousands of dollars of repairs for matters that they missed compelled me to provide this rating. First in retrospect the inspection was a complete waste of $439, the fee they charged for doing nothing. There was no mention in their report of at least 6 sockets that were either not connected or not properly functional. Some sockets the top was hot and others the bottom but many both the top and bottom were not hot. There were wall switches that did not operate anything. They also missed mentioning that there were code violations of receptacles near sinks. They should have suggested replacing with GFI receptacles. Today, and $1,600 later all of the issues are now properly addressed. There was also no suggestion that the electrical panel should be looked at by a electrician for possible replacement due to its age. lastly, I just recently found that the tub fixtures do not work and not operational. I understand the limitations of an inspection report, but this was a complete failure to do what they were contracted for. Howard

There was no stone left unturned, as he went through the house into the attic and on the roof. He was concise, and detailed in his evaluations of the problems.

I should have used angies list instead i took the recommendation of a friend. Bad choice. Theres a reason some providers have no reviews as for this one Ill tell you this. Dont waste your money. I would have been better burning the money or spending it on strippers than wasting my time with this guy. He has no idea what hes doing and it cost me plenty. Gave me a good bill of health on a property I bought after a few hours review. Not only was it a bad diagnosis but he missed everything. Not one toilet in the house worked properly thats just for starter. The sprinkler system was shot. didnt catch. The people had tens of thousand of dollars of hidden damage that where easily able to be found if he looked. The guys was duped by the simplest of ploys by unscrupulous owners. To this they found nothing. Instead I got stuck with the most horrific nightmare of properties. Again the inspector found nothing. Choose anyone or noone rather than waste your money with this guy. Hes a nice guy he shows up thats the most positive thing i casn say but stsy away far away
