Two plumbers arrived at the house professionally dressed and ready to work. They did arrive late, however, they called in advance to let me know. We have a huge house with eight bathrooms four of which had problems. One main family room bath never flushed, guest bath and daughter's bath levers had to be held down to flush and one spits after flushing. They started with the biggest problem. Removed the toilet and began snaking it but we had done that before. They brought in an amazing camera that they inserted into the drain line down through the pipes 50 feet and found the problem. One of the straps that held the pipe up in the ceiling broke and caused the water to go the wrong way. They found the exact location of the break and with minimal cutting was able to re-hang the pipe with the correct pitch to drain properly. They replaced the inner workings of the other two toilets and having had several other plumbers look at the spitting toilet, they were the first and only plumbers to show me the problem and the toilet actually working. It turns out it needs to be vented outside at the septic tank which is scheduled for another day. The men covered their feet with paper booties, cleaned everything and were very professional and likable gentlemen.
