 + -1 moreDetails. I brought the machine home for my wife to "test drive" the machine for a full 6 days, not 30. She liked the results of the unit, but she did not want to keep the cleaner because of it's weight. I knew that I had made a mistake buying a vacuum that my wife would use more than I would. And I bought it without her being present, another mistake on my part. When we returned the machine, Kevin immediately processed the refund, with only a few logical questions asked of my wife. I would feel very comfortable returning to this store when we decide to buy a new vacuum. That's because Kevin treated us fairly and honored his 30 day trial. That is why I am submitting this report.
Description of Work: This is a retail establishment that also offers parts and repair. Without my wife being present my purpose was to buy filters for one of our three existing vacuum cleaners. Because I did not bring in the machines, I put off buying filters. Kevin, on duty at the time, proceeded to demonstrate an impressive American made high end vacuum cleaner. He was personable and professional. Because he offered a 30 day money back guarantee I called my spouse to get her approval to buy a new machine without her being present.
