Details. I brought the machine home for my wife to "test drive" the machine for a full 6 days, not 30. She liked the results of the unit, but she did not want to keep the cleaner because of it's weight. I knew that I had made a mistake buying a vacuum that my wife would use more than I would. And I bought it without her being present, another mistake on my part.
When we returned the machine, Kevin immediately processed the refund, with only a few logical questions asked of my wife.
I would feel very comfortable returning to this store when we decide to buy a new vacuum. That's because Kevin treated us
fairly and honored his 30 day trial. That is why I am submitting this report.
