I did need to call him back to find out what time he would be at my home to repair the TV once he provided me an estimate and ordered the appropriate part two days earlier. Other than that, he was honest and very knowledgeable regarding TVs. He only focuses on electronics and no other appliances. Since this was a larger TV I needed someone that made "house calls." His charge for coming to the house was $50 which is very reasonable these days and in this area. He provided a very accurate estimate for the part and installation. I could not have replaced the TV for double what he charged me. He also guaranteed me that, if the component did not fix the TV, there would be no charge.

My 53 inch Sony TV was taken in for repair, 6 months later no TV. I called many times and was told the TV would be returned. It never was. I finally drove to the store, had the business owner turn the TV on and the TV's picture was ridiculously worse than when it was brought in. When I questioned what happened to the picture he told me that's the way it was when he got to my house. WRONG. Then he told me to "get out of my store." Nice huh? I left the TV there. STAY AWAY.
